Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this site, such as the coaching application or the retreat interest form, I collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your answers about your career and goals.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and your approximate location based on your IP address, through cookies and similar technologies.
How I use your information
To review your application and reply to you, including sending my recommendations and, where it's a good fit, an invitation to a consultation
To send you my emails if you applied or signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who I share it with
I share information only with service providers that help me run my business, such as my website host (Squarespace), my email and email marketing tools, and scheduling or payment tools if we work together. They may use it only to provide their services to me. I may also disclose information when the law requires it.

This site uses cookies it needs to work and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above or as long as the law requires. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit how I use it, and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email me. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Security
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no way of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
International transfers
I and some of my service providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
Age requirement
This site and my services are intended for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has shared information with me, email me and I'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
